Ring sizes listed are based on the US Women's sizing. To determine your size according to your country's standard, use an international ring size chart to convert to the corresponding US ring size. We guarantee that the US size ordered is made but we are not responsible for conversions or fitting.

Please allow 2-4 weeks to ship from the order date for all made to order pieces. 

Shipping
Shipping within Spain is a flat $10.
Worldwide (outside of Spain) is a flat rate $30 for shipping that includes tracking and insurance. A lower rate of $15 is also available for worldwide shipping without insurance.

We are not responsible for any extra customs/duties or taxes charged on international shipments entering your country.

If you have a special time constraint, please email me at studio@jacquelynpearce.com and we can discuss alternate shipping options so I can do my best to make it happen.

Orders made between December 2nd, 2024 and January 12th, 2025 will be accepted but there will be no guarantee shipping or delivery dates. 

Our pieces are made with sterling silver, 9k yellow gold or 14k yellow gold, and set with precious or semi-precious gemstones. To keep your jewelry in the best condition possible for years to come, take off your pieces during:

- application of lotions, fragrances, or sprays

- showering, swimming or working out

- chores such as washing dishes or gardening

 

To clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe the pieces. For further cleaning, use a very soft toothbrush with some warm water and a drop of dish soap to remove debris. Ensure to dry the piece with a soft cloth thoroughly afterwards.  

 

Due to the nature of our small batch handcrafted work, all sales are final. Please read the descriptions and details of pieces carefully before ordering. However, if your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact me at jacquelyn@jacquelynpearce.com. Pieces requiring repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a fee but outside of this window, the repair fee will depend on the work required.
